How Registration Works:
Registration begins in January of each year for the coming school year that runs from September - May. Registration for the summer program is held in the spring. Please see the dates in our calendar for specific registration dates.
Staff members of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church and St. Stephen's MDO and Preschool Board members have first priority in the registration process. They will be allowed to turn in their registration forms before the formal registration priority process begins. Then St. Stephen's church members currently enrolled and their siblings have the next priority in the process. The 3rd priority in registration is given to currently enrolled students and their siblings. Fourth priority will be given to church members not currently enrolled in the school. Any children who do not meet the above criteria are registered if there is space left, or can be placed on waiting lists. There are different assigned registration dates for each of these different groups.
If, due to space availability you are not accepted to the program, your registration form will be held and your child will be placed on a waiting list. If space becomes available, the director will contact you and you will have the opportunity to accept the space. If you do accept the space, your registration form will be processed when your registration check is received.
The registration form must be obtained from the School prior to the registration date or downloaded from this website or may be picked up the morning of the assigned registration date.
