Summer Registration Update

for New Families

After completing registration for currently enrolled students, we have very few openings available for new students. At this time, there are very limited spaces for children with birthdays between:

  • April 2024 – September 2024

  • October 2023 – December 2023

  • December 2022 – September 2023

  • Elementary Summer Camp - FULL

All other age groups are currently full.

Instead of holding in-person registration on March 11-12, we will be conducting online registration for our waitlist.

If we are able to place your child in a class, you will be contacted via email on your registration date. Please respond promptly in order to claim the available spot. If we are unable to place your child at that time, you will be notified that they have been added to our Summer Waitlist.

Summer 2026

Our summer preschool program consists of six weeks beginning the week of June 8, 2026 and ending on July 23, 2026. We will be closed the week of June 29 - July 2.

Preschool Summer Program

Classes are offered on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Children may attend two days per week or four days per week based on availability.

Tuition

Summer tuition is $55/week for a two-day week or $110/week for a four-day week. Sibling discounts are available. See information sheet linked below for details. Children aged 1 year to 5 years are eligible to attend our preschool summer program.

Registration fee & Dates for Summer 2025

The registration fee is $40 for one child, $70 for two children, and $90 for three or more children for the entire summer.

  • March 4: Saint Stephen's members currently enrolled for the 2025-2026 school year and their siblings. You will receive a registration link at 10AM through Brightwheel, similar to Fall registration.

  • March 5: Other preschool families currently enrolled for 2025-2026 school year and their siblings. You will receive a registration link at 10AM through Brightwheel, similar to Fall registration.

  • March 6: Any new families enrolled for the upcoming school year, 2026-2027. You will receive a registration link at 10AM via email, similar to Fall registration.

  • March 11: Saint Stephen's members not currently enrolled. NEW: Due to limited space in the 2026 Summer Program, registration will take place online at 9 AM on March 11.

    Church members should email Leslie@ssechurch.org before 9 AM on March 11 to receive the registration link. This will provide the first opportunity to register for the Summer Waitlist.

  • March 12: All others. NEW: Due to limited space in the 2026 Summer Program, registration will take place online. The registration link will be posted here at 9 AM on March 12. This will be your first opportunity to register for the Summer Waitlist.

Elementary Summer Camp

  • Summer Camp is for those entering the 1st - 3rd grade in the fall of 2026.

  • Summer Camp will be open during the same hours and weeks as the Preschool program but is only offered for a week at a time.

  • Summer Camp runs from Monday - Thursday and does not include the 2 day per week option as the Preschool does.

  • The cost of Summer Camp is $120 per week with a $10 sibling discount.

Extended Hours

  • We will be offering our both of our extended day programs, “Early Birds” (8am-9am) and “Tigger Time”, (1 pm-2:30 pm) during summer school.

  • Pre-payment is due by June 1st (as is regular summer school tuition) and is $7 per day for Early Birds and $10 per day for Tigger Time.

  • “Drop-in” throughout the summer will be $9 and $14 per day for Early Birds and Tigger Time –respectively.

  • Early Birds is open to all ages and Tigger Time is open to all, including those attending summer camp, as long as they turn 2 by June 1, 2026 and fully potty trained.
